I am writing this from my personal paradise in Historic Cortez Village Florida. Sitting on my dock of the bay, gazing upon an unobstructed panoramic water view, spanning 20 nautical miles of the Spectacular Sarasota Skyline, to my Loved Longboat Key, ending with the Amazing Anna Maria Island. My tiny quaint home that my husband Tim and I have lived in for over a decade, is a 1920's fishing cottage, 30 feet from the bay, we are living our dream.

A fourth generation Californian, hailing from the San Francisco Bay Area. All I knew was California, so relocating to Florida 11 years ago, was filled with feelings of apprehension. The silver lining was to marry my teenage "love of my life" and one of Florida's top entertainer's Tim Michael McCaig. (Reconnecting after 25 years.) Happy to report that the Florida Suncoast is the best place to live on this planet! With 4 children, 4 siblings, (I am the oldest of 5 kids) a multitude of cousins, nieces/nephews, aunts/uncles, it is wonderful sharing this magical area which is now home. My Dad Bill, the most active Tennis Playing/Golfing 84 year old you will ever meet, looked at me last visit and stated, "Debby your home is a permanent vacation!" That sums it up. I could write a travelogue on all the fun activities available here, just ask and I would be happy to share.

The personal hobbies that I adore are kayaking, golfing, birdwatching, going to the beach for an early morning swim, tennis, singing and the theater. Also, I am about to learn Pickleball so I can join and play with my friends on Longboat Key. (So excited.) Top 5 favorite listening music is Bob Seger, Bruce, Van Morrison, Beetles, and Florida's Tim Michael McCaig!

Career Highlights:

Longboat Key Property Management for over two years at a 150 unit Condo Association. Having dual licenses of both real estate and a C.A.M. license (Community Association Manager), is both rare and extremely advantageous. My special HOA knowledge will benefit greatly, whether buying or selling in a HOA.

Dream Angel Investments, LLC, Silicon Valley, CA, Founder and Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Rendered strategic direction to the acquisition of more than 200 distressed single family homes across the country and reselling them through creative financial concepts; thus, the company served as lender for the home buyer, resulting in increased revenue by both selling of home and the carrying of the mortgage note.

SALES AWAY INC.-SILICON VALLEY, CA, Founder and CEO of a leading apparel and souvenir company. Creating custom design/private label programs for major retailers and corporations. Responsible for successful day to day running of all aspects of the business. Developed and secured private label clients such as: Target, Disney Stores, Banana Republic, San Diego Zoo, U.S National Parks, and Carnival/Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines.

COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT: Volunteer Entertainer and Activity Director, making a difference by bringing joy to Alzheimer's, Dementia, and Elderly residents in a Bradenton Assisted Living Complex.
